The dance is Indian, but the group is international!

Notinee includes members who are Indian and Indian-American and also Amerian-born and foreign-born members of many different ethnic origins. In keeping with the vision of its founder, Notinee's dance is for everyone to enjoy.

Upcoming Performances

December 15, 2008: Notinee will perform at the Third Annual Alabama-India Business Partnership Dinner at The Club.

January 18, 2009: Notinee performs for the third time at the Alabama Dance Showcase. (Pia will also be teaching classes in Indian Classical-Folk Fusion dance at the Alabama Dance Festival this year).

November 20: Notinee will do a lecture demonstration at the historic Miles College, Birmingham

November 15: Diwali Festival of Light at Alys Stephens Performing Arts Center. Saturday, November 15, 2008 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM in the Jemison Concert Hall. For more information contact Saji P Azerf at (205) 942-3351. Presented by the Indian Cultural Association.
